Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable and cancellation of the whole booking with less than 12 weeks to the wedding will result in the full balance being charged.
Cancellation notification must be received via email to jamakeupandhair@gmail.com.
Once the deposit has been paid, if the numbers in the bridal party decrease, the final fee will still be applicable. If you need to change the wedding date due to covid-19 restrictions, you will not be charged extra to do this.
Deposits & Payments
A £50 deposit will be required upon confirming your booking for your wedding day/special event via bank transfer as a non-refundable deposit.
The remaining fee is to be paid 7 days before the wedding day via bank transfer or cash on the day.
