Website enquiries

When you use the enquiry form, Jassi receives the contact and booking details you provide so she can respond and prepare a quote. These can include your name, email address, telephone number, event date, venue, getting-ready location, services and message.

Flamingo stores a copy of your enquiry in the website’s WordPress inbox. The website can also record the time, page address, browser information and IP address to help handle enquiries and identify spam. Access to the WordPress inbox is restricted to authorised website users.

MD Agency manages the website on Hostinger. Resend delivers enquiry notifications to Jassi’s work Gmail inbox. These providers process the information needed to host the site and deliver the email.

Jassi keeps enquiry details while dealing with your enquiry or booking, and for as long as needed for related accounting or disputes. For questions about your information, email jamakeupandhair@gmail.com.

Website analytics

If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics helps Jassi understand visits and actions such as successful enquiries and clicks on contact links. Enquiry events exclude your name, email address, telephone number and message. You can submit an enquiry whether you accept Analytics or choose essential cookies only.
